NTM continues its exciting growth journey and is now looking for additional assemblers for its facility in Kalmar.

NTM AB is Northern Europe's leading refuse truck supplier and is a family-owned company from the Swedish-speaking coast of Finland. NTM has been delivering units in Sweden since 1961 and is now expanding long-term in Kalmar. The company aims to elevate and develop the long tradition Kalmar has of refuse truck manufacturing and the high competence, expertise, and experience found here in the Kalmar region.

• Assembly of complete refuse truck units from scratch, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

• Installation on applicable truck chassis for the Nordic market.

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

• Basic technical interest

• Social skills and a willingness to develop and work in a team

• B driver's license, C driver's license, forklift license, and/or overhead crane license are meritorious

• Experience in reading technical drawings

• Experience in assembly

• Previous work in the automotive or truck industry with manufacturing or service

• Experience in vehicle electronics and vehicle electrical systems

• Relevant technical education

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:45–15:45, Friday 06:45-14:30

Location: Kalmar

Employment type: Full-time, permanent. We are affiliated with Teknikföretagen/IF Metall's collective agreement.
